I hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering. My career began as a Project Engineer on the Kopu Bridge project, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience. I subsequently joined Twomey Construction Ltd as a Civil Engineer to further hone my skills in civil works and project management. Over the past 11 years, I have successfully grown CLC into a reputable company known for delivering high-quality, professional results from project inception through to completion.

Outside of my professional life, I am a committed family man with a strong passion for community involvement. I actively participate in the local Squash Club, Pony Club, and various other community initiatives.

Is a valued member of the team, working to make sure the business administration is kept organized and playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. Often described as the “go-to” person — solving problems, and making sure the many moving parts of the business stay on track. With a practical approach and a willingness to help / solve problems wherever needed, she is someone the team knows they can call on to support or get the job sorted.

Outside of work, Elle enjoys keeping active and spending time doing the things she loves with her children. She has a passion for netball, gardening, animals and getting out onto the water for a spot of fishing. Whether she’s solving a problem at work or enjoying time outdoors, Elle brings the same positive, hands-on attitude to everything she does.
